When will I receive my order ?
All our products are handmade in small batches. We aim to process and dispatch all parcels at the fastest rate possible. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for UK orders to be dispatched and delivered to you (international shipping times will vary).
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries at NEYA Living's discretion.
International shipping will incur higher delivery costs, and the following charges may apply:
- Further charges/taxes at checkout point
- Your order may not include duty and tax charges at checkout point. However, further duty and tax charges may incur by your local customs office

Returns
What is your returns policy?
We are currently unable to offer a refund/exchange policy on orders due to the nature of the products, unless the item is faulty.
